Scrap Metals
Remelted Lead Ingots are being produced from Raw Lead / Battery Scraps / Lead Scraps and other scraps of Lead in the specially designed Blast Furnace. The Scrap is obtained and is mixed with other reducing agents in the Furnace. We dispatch after staking of 42 ingots in one bundle dully striped. Remelted Lead Ingots, which contains about 97-99% Lead Metal with remaining Impurity Elements (Total 2-3%) as Antimony, Tin, Arsenic, Iron, Bismuth, Copper etc.
This is commercially called as 'Raw Lead or Lead Bullion', which is further processed to Pure Lead (99.97 purity) and / or Specific Lead Alloys.
Remelted Lead Ingot is used for making Pure Lead Ingot by Pyrometallurgical process. Pure Lead Ingots has more purity than Remelted Lead Ingots. Our Lead Ingot Casting Machine provides smooth surface of Remelted Lead Ingots

General Information about stainless steel :
Pekoe---200 SERIES STAINLESS STEEL SCRAP SOLIDS
Shall consist of all types of clean AISI Series Stainless Steel Scrap Solids, which contain a maximum of .5% copper, free of foreign attachments and other contamination.
Sabot---STAINLESS STEEL SCRAP
Shall consist of clean 18-8 type stainless steel clips and solids containing a minimum 7% nickel, 16% chrome, and have a maximum of .50% molybdenum, .50% copper, .045% phosphorous, and .03% sulfur, and otherwise free of harmful contaminants. Particulars concerning physical description, grading, additional analysis, and preparation to be agreed upon between buyer and seller.
Ultra---STAINLESS STEEL TURNINGS :
Shall consist of clean 18-8 type stainless steel turnings containing a minimum 7% nickel and 16% chrome, and to be free of nonferrous metals, non-metallics, excessive iron, oil and other contaminants . General Information for Copper Scrap:
Barley--No.1 COPPER WIRE
• Shall consist of No. 1bare , uncoated, uncoated copper wire ,not smaller than No. 16B & S wire gauge.
Berry--No. 1 COPPER WIRE
• Shall consist of clean, untinned ,uncoated, unalloyed copper wire and cable , not smaller than No. 16B & S wire gauge , free of burnt wire which is brittle.
Candy--No.1HEAVY COPPER
• Shall consist of clean, unalloyed, uncoated copper clippings, punchings, bus bars, commutator segments, and wire not less than 1/16 of an inch thick, free of burnt ire which is brittle ;but may include clean copper tubing,
Cliff—No 2 COPPER:
• Shall consist of miscellaneous, unalloyed copper scrap having a normal 96%copper content(min.94% as determined by electrolytic assay. Should be free of the following: Excessively leaded, tinned, soldered copper scrap; copper tubing with other than copper connections or with sediment; burnt wire which is brittle; and should be reasonable free of ash. |
